Life is a journey for each of us, but ultimately, it is about our relationships. I enjoy meeting people and providing a safe place where they can freely share their stories. I welcome the opportunity to walk alongside you in whatever challenge you are facing today!

My priority will always be to listen to you. I will provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to share. I’ll ask questions, but my goal will be to help you develop your own solutions for the issues you’re facing so that you can successfully identify a plan for moving forward. We all experience situations we struggle to understand. Let me help you process what you are going through.

Many of life’s experiences cause us to doubt, feel shame, question ourselves, believe lies vs. the truth, or can even stop us dead in our tracks. We get stuck. Maybe you have a loved one who’s struggling and you want to help. Maybe you’ve just relocated from another state and left loved ones behind. Maybe you’ve lost a job or someone close to you. Maybe you have a dream that isn’t coming to fruition. Maybe you are now caring for your aging parents, or struggling as a mom. Transition and adversity is a part of living.

Coaching is all about listening to your story, setting goals to move forward, and sharing tools that will assist you on the journey. I’ve worked with women for many years and walked alongside them amidst both joys and trials. We moved forward together.

I bring you years of experience in many areas of life. I’m now caring for my own aging parents, and a few years ago, our son passed away. Though it was incredibly painful, we had to figure out how to take next steps, so I understand what it’s like to work through difficulty and loss.

I look forward to helping you take your next positive step forward! I will encourage you and challenge you to make the most of today! Let’s talk.
