Rates & Insurance


  • Fully licensed senior clinicians are $140 per 50 minute psychotherapy session.
  • LPC associates are $110 per 50 minute psychotherapy session.
  • Graduate Interns are $40 per 50 minute psychotherapy session.

Need based scholarships may be available to you based on your financial circumstances. If you are in need of a scholarship, please inquire about how to apply for one during your intake process.

For LPC Associates, Graduate interns and all other forms of insurance, we are considered out of network and services will be an out of pocket expense. We are happy to provide you with a receipt for services upon request. If you are eligible for partial or full reimbursement for out-of-network therapeutic services, you can submit the receipt to your health insurance provider.

You may also use a health savings account to pay for psychotherapy.

Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

  • Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
  • Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
  • Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
  • Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
  • Am I covered for out of network services, and how does reimbursement work?


You will be invoiced for your session through our client portal. Please log in after your session to make payment, and to book your next appointment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24-hours beforehand via email. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.

Late Policy

If you are late for a session, we will still end on time as clients will likely be coming in after you.  In the event no one is coming in after you, we will do our best to accommodate you and give you a full 50-minute session.
