Tricia McEuen
Sometimes the world seems to close in and certain aspects of life change. Sometime decisions we’ve made in the past don’t turn out as we had planned. Sometimes we struggle with feelings of discouragement or defeat. Any of these things can lead us to question ourselves, feel lost, wonder how to move forward, or long for new options or answers.
It does not matter where you are in life or what you have experienced - coaching will always be a safe, non-judgmental place for you to unpack your struggles, work towards your goals, and apply strategies that will help you thrive in life. I would like to join you in your journey and walk beside you so that you can face your challenges and find the avenues that will empower you in moving forward. I can provide time for self-discovery, help you learn new tools for life and relationships, and most importantly cheer you on as you grow to become a more authentic version of yourself.
In my own personal life, I have dealt with many challenging life experiences. Situations came about that I truly could not have prepared for. Feeling alone and lost was a way of living that was beginning to be my new normal. When I realized I needed to make changes in order to move forward, and finally took steps to get help, it was a new beginning. As you are working through your challenging life experiences, I will provide you a safe place to let your guard down. I will be right there with you, supporting you along the way.
Be encouraged— you are capable of working through life’s issues and can come through your struggles stronger. With time, coaching, and the self-realization that comes from leaning into a growth process, together we will explore real solutions that will help you find real hope.
