Solome Skaff

Solome Skaff is married to HIll and has three children. He served on a large church staff for 15 years, then as a missionary in Europe for 5 years, where he developed LifeCare, a faith-based, research-informed coaching methodology.

In 2019, he and his wife Hill co-founded The Forward Foundation, where he practices as a Licensed Professional Counsellor and Supervisor. He has been dedicated to training leaders in coaching and counseling skills, and making high-quality care accessible to everyone, everywhere, for over 20 years.
