Jenny Jolin, MA, LPC
We all have “stuff.” Sometimes we need a little help to sort things out, and sometimes all it takes is someone to talk to. We aren’t meant to do it all alone, so let’s sort out your “stuff” together!
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) experienced in working with a wide variety of individuals. One area I specialize in is Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). This is a skills-based therapy that teaches mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance and interpersonal effectiveness skills. People from all walks of life can benefit from these skills, and they will empower you to handle a variety of life situations successfully. Whether you need to manage problem behaviors, thoughts, or emotions, or you need a safe place to work through struggles with relationships, I would be happy to help you. I will provide a safe and non-judgmental environment where you can process constructively.
I have lived overseas in South Korea and have worked around the military culture for several years, so I have a good understanding of the distinctive challenges that come with that lifestyle. I would love to support you in those struggles whether you are single, married, or raising a family.
Faith is an important aspect of life that can aid in healing. I would love to incorporate that into our sessions if you are interested.
