Rob Neville

 

Robert is an innovative and entrepreneurial social enterprise and business executive with extensive operational and development experience spanning more than 25 years across a number of sectors, including non-profit, life sciences, software, healthcare IT and venture capital. He has a proven track record of strategic and execution accomplishments with an emphasis on building, launching and leading start up and turn around operations, as well as leading and managing large, multifaceted and multinational projects. 

He currently serves as president and CEO of Goodwill Central Texas, a non-profit social enterprise focused on workforce advancement. Rob is also managing director at Springbok Ventures, a firm providing capital and guidance to early-stage businesses. Prior to Goodwill and Springbok Ventures, Rob successfully led Savara, Inc. as CEO since co-founding the company in 2008 and notably, has attracted into Savara one of the largest historical amounts of investment capital from non-institutional private investors. Savara was listed on NASDAQ in 2017. Prior to co-founding Savara, Rob founded and served as CEO at Evity, Inc., a developer of web-based applications, which he subsequently sold to BMC Software, Inc. Based on his work at Savara and Evity, Rob was honored as a three-time finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award, wining the life science award in 2018. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors on the Austin Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and currently on the non-profit board of the Forward Foundation.
