We all have our own unique journeys. Sometimes, we need a bit of help to navigate the bumps along the way. I'm here to provide a welcoming and supportive space for you to explore and grow.
With 2 years of professional experience as an LPC-A and over 10 years of experience in a supportive role, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of individuals, including those struggling with addiction, children and adolescents, teen moms, families, and victims and survivors of domestic violence and other traumas. My approach is non-judgmental and person-centered, emphasizing active listening and a strengths-based perspective.
I am passionate about helping people find their way and am dedicated to walking alongside them as they navigate through the dark. Together, we can work towards healing and discovering the resilience within you.
Telehealth and in-person sessions are available for adults, children, teens, families, and those dealing with trauma/abuse.
