Amy Hooper
Life is not always easy. Having experienced various struggles myself, including chronic illness, I know the value of meeting with a safe person to process my frustration— someone who didn’t tell me how I was feeling was wrong or explain it away. Whatever you’re struggling with—the invisible fallout of chronic illness, or shame, body issues, relational issues, frustration with self or others, or any roadblocks that seem to be holding you back, there is value in having another person’s full attention, setting aside the time for personal progress, and focusing on a process that can help bring you healing, growth, and peace of mind.
As a freelance musician spanning multiple genres and disciplines, I have also personally experienced the value of goal setting, organization, and self-motivation. I have helped hundreds of music students and artists of many styles of expression set and achieve their goals personally and professionally. I delight in helping individuals make a plan and find the courage and discipline to move forward in their skills and dreams.
Having worked with women of all ages and backgrounds through the years, I have seen people pursue things they didn’t think were possible and find validation, boosted confidence, self-discipline, relief, and joy. If you are wanting to find your motivation or have something you want to move toward but don’t know how to get there, I can help you assess where you’re at, establish your ideal next step, and cheer you on! As a coach, I can provide a confidential, non-judgmental, healthy setting so that you can ask the hard questions that weigh you down. I can provide you with time-tested and proven strategies and tools that can make a positive difference in your life. Whatever you’re dealing with, or hoping for, I can partner with you on a path that really is possible: empowered and achieving your best.
