Solome Skaff, MA, MSCR, LPC

Many people seek therapy when complex emotions and situations create the need for a safe place to speak freely about what is going on in their life. To explore their experience, resolve problems and find a way forward.

I'm an LPC who provides psychotherapy for individuals, couples and families struggling with adversity, addiction, distress, relationship issues, workplace challenges, and life transitions.

I offer a safe, confidential place to build a plan for change and growth. Together, we can explore the past and how it affects you today. We can also re-process trauma, change unhelpful thought patterns, attend to damaged relationships, set goals, and create strategies to cope with unhelpful emotions and conflict patterns.

Reaching out for help isn't easy. When you do, you want someone who'll be on your side. Someone who's genuinely for you. In fact, a strong therapeutic alliance is foundational to healing and growth. I'd like to build that alliance with you in order to help you address adversity and challenge and step into a life that's aligned with your values and beliefs.
