For more than 30 years in the corporate world, I have helped dozens of organizations and individuals reach their goals, find fulfillment, and achieve more professionally and personally. I understand well the challenges of business as an accomplished executive successful in building teams of leaders and healthy organizational cultures. You can draw upon extensive leadership experience in areas including Operations, Engineering, Business Development (M&A), and Human Resources.
Serving in various ministries and non-profit organizations along the way has provided insight into how to successfully integrate all aspects of life and avoid becoming overwhelmed. Since 2015, I have led marriage enrichment programs alongside my wife Trudy. We have invested in hundreds of couples, witnessing incredible transformation in their marriage relationships. We have also taught pre-teen parenting classes and served as camp counselors, mentors and spiritual coaches to teens and young adults. In addition, we are the proud parents of four wonderful sons and three incredible daughters-in-love!
