Individual Profile:
Sometimes it can feel like a surprise that life is such a struggle and not quite perfect. Scary as it may be, it is cleansing to share hidden parts of ourselves with someone we trust. We are not as different or weird as we might think we are. Some of my own struggles have included divorce, toxic shame, social anxiety, fear, and bitterness— I know how these pitfalls can sap the joy from life. I would like to partner with you to help you deal with the issues that are sabotaging your life and relationships, and help bring you freedom, healing, and hope.
