Hillary Jackson, MSW, LCSW-Supervisor
Thank you for taking a step towards investing in yourself.
For over a decade I have sat with individuals and couples in their darkest hours, most hopeless moments, and most uncertain times. It is a privilege to companion people as they begin to rediscover hope.
I believe healing happens in relationship, with the therapeutic relationship being a rich opportunity for renewal. I partner with individuals and couples with curiosity to humbly learn what they value most and guide our work together accordingly. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where humor and vulnerability are encouraged.
My clinical experience includes the entire lifespan across diverse populations and presenting problems. Currently, I focus on work with adults facing challenges with relationships/marriage, life transitions, grief and loss, mood and anxiety disorders, and more. Most recently my work has focused on facilitating healing from trauma of all kinds, from complex to more acute.
Faith can be a powerful tool in therapeutic work. If you are a person of faith, we will leverage this in our work together.
When I’m not working, I love being with my husband and spoiled rescue dog, reading a book I will definitely tell you about, and baking the best gluten free treats.
