You have a story to tell and I am here to listen. My desire is to provide a safe, non-judgemental space for you to share your highs and lows, the places where you feel stuck, or the relationships you find challenging. As your coach, I am committed to journey with you as you process your story and identify a plan for moving forward. Often all we need is someone to come alongside us to listen and reflect before we are able to see the next step.

I am a wife, mom, writer, and coach using my story of loss and living between worlds to help others navigate life’s transitions. Having personally experienced the thrills and trials of a globally mobile lifestyle, I am accustomed to change and empathetic towards the losses and gains experienced during transition. I also see change as a catalyst for growth and in our sessions together we can look at the changes you’d like to make and set realistic goals to achieve them. We may have to look back to go forward by identifying any thoughts or patterns that might be holding you back from living the life you want.

With my first degree in Physical Therapy, I am concerned about your whole body health and this informs my coaching practice. Our bodies store trauma or unresolved emotions and can be an essential tool in your healing journey. As we work through the details of your story, my prayer is that your body will respond with peace.

I provide person-centered coaching to clients in-person and online, providing a safe environment to work with present or future-oriented concerns. My belief is that change is inevitable, change is hard, and change is a catalyst for growth. With this realistic, yet optimistic approach to change as well as my commitment to clients and their personal growth, I believe I offer a coaching approach that empowers clients to develop self-awareness and employs tools to successfully manage present and future changes.
